On that Yoga High! Had a fabulous start to 2023, showing my face a lot at , teaching Ashtanga Full Primary, Embodied Flow, Vinyasa, Zen Flow and Pilates 🔥
I’m excited to announce my new class ‘Ebb & Flow’, every Tuesday at 7.30pm!
This will be a soothing, fluid and graceful approach to Vinyasa Yoga, exploring a spectrum of slow movements, breathwork and nourishing yoga postures 🙏 And of course, a sprinkle of Yin ✨

Namaste Techno Yogi's... it's my fave time of the week! 🙏

Get your zen on like DJ Nastia in our Liverpool Techno Scene Yoga class tonight and every Friday at 6.15pm ;).

For those joining tonight let me know, and if you want to join our LTS Yoga Group where I share all the info, let me know. The last month has been lovely and I am so grateful to share Yoga with you and for this little community we have created.

Optional ambient, dubby Techno playlist will be available as usual, which is now hosted on both Mixcloud and Spotify so everyone can enjoy.

This a beginners flow class, with nothing too advanced and is a boss and uplifting way to unwind at the end of the week.
