Plans for seasonal cross-country equestrian area in Wirral.....

😍The scheme, if approved, would allow additional use of land south of Church Farm on Telegraph Road in Thurstaston for cross-country training between April 1 and October 31, while retaining its current use for agriculture, horse grazing and general recreation.

A design and access statement prepared by Evolve Architects on behalf of the applicant and submitted with the planning documents to Wirral Council said the proposal is "low-intensity, reversible and involves no permanent development.
