Yesterday coaching along side working with 200 year 9 pupils in

funded by the police (operation medusa). NLB are supporting young people in Kirkby both in education and to prevent NEETs. Great day of varied sports🥊 and intervention for 200 pupils 👏

The 200Hr Yoga Teacher YTTC is now finished!🧘🏽‍♂️
What an unbelievable journey it has been, Learning Yoga is more than just stretching.
Grateful to have had the opportunity to take my knowledge to the next level, learned a lot about yoga itself, yoga sequences/sequencing, the mental and physical body and learned a lot about myself as a person and moving forward with life and goals. And there was no better group I could of went on this journey with and I’m grateful to have met and gone through this course with all of the other pupils/future yoga teachers and our 2 amazing Yoga teachers
Thank you for making this course special and more than just a Yoga training course🙏🏽🙌🏽

I look forward to adding yoga into my personal life as well as add this to my business, I have currently already taken 1-2-1 yoga and group yoga for practice and have been offered to do this, more info on 1-2-1/Group Yoga as well as 50/50 sessions (half workout, half yoga) to come to build a portfolio/CV

Can’t believe how fast the 200hr Yoga teaching training course has gone

What a great experience and journey it has been with , Not only being able to progress and learn more in yoga itself and yoga teaching but also to learn a lot about myself and be able to progress further with my personal life and boxing journey as well as expand and progress further with my business through Yoga (recovery, relaxation, re-aligning the body and mind)
