So it looks like we might be getting a summer after all!
If you’re nervous about getting back into the real world, fitting into your old clothes or have anxiety generally about getting back to normal, my programmes can help!

There are 16 weeks until the 21st June.
If you lose 1lb per week in that time that’s 1 stone 2lb loss.
If you were to lose 2lb per week in that time that’s 2 stone 4lbs down!

It’s a great way to stay healthy and make sure that you’re on track to achieve you’re weight loss goals. It’s not all about HIIT, cardio and weights.
