LEAH LOST OVER A STONE AND NAILED HER PHOTOSHOOT ๐Ÿ“ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ

I truely believe that getting yourself in the shape of your life is the best way to improve your confidence! ๐Ÿš€

I speak to a lot of people that for one reason or another have tried and failed to get in shape many times!

This gradually breaks down their confidence and self belief which makes it even harder for them to succeed each time they try.

Then all of a sudden it clicks.

Leah was a prime example of this, but it only took a few weeks for it to click for her and 12 weeks to achieve her goal.

I provided her with a training and nutrition plan tailored to her goal and lifestyle as well as ongoing support, motivation and accountability through regular communication and check ins ๐Ÿ“ฒ

Unsure on how to structure your training programme?

If youโ€™re still in your first few years of training then you donโ€™t need to change up your programme in every phase

Donโ€™t overcomplicate it and definitely donโ€™t copy what you see coaches/fitness influencers doing on social media

Youโ€™ll make great progress by just focusing on progressively overloading the same exercises week in week out

Boring? Maybe

But boring will get you the results you want.

Balance.

I train hard, i stay active and i keep my food tight in the week.

On the weekends iโ€™ll go out for a meal or two and few drinks, and the occasional night out (although hangovers last about 3 days for me now ๐Ÿ‘ด๐Ÿผ)

If iโ€™ve got a holiday or an event i want to trim down for iโ€™ll dial it in and keep things a bit tighter.

Being in shape and feeling confident in yourself is important and you can still achieve that whilst still living your life.

I help guys get in the best shape of their life to improve their confidence and get back to their prime.

Because i know how easy it can be to fall off the wagon.

You get busy with work and youโ€™ve got a few things going in in your personal life

You let your eating habits slip and gym sessions become less frequent.

A few months go by, the beer gut and man t**s start making an appearance and youโ€™re starting to feel self conscious about the way you look.

Not just with you top off but in t shirts too.

You have to take control before this spirals out of control.

Martin was in this position before he reached out to me for coaching.

Weโ€™ve been working together for 5 months now and heโ€™s in the best shape heโ€™s ever been in, physically and mentally.

Heโ€™s 8 weeks into his building phase, strength is through the roof and heโ€™s more confident than ever.

First up London this weekend followed by Marbella then the permanent move to Bali.

Worked my arse off over the past year to be in the position i am now, feeling very grateful and proud of myself for creating the life iโ€™ve always dreamed of ๐Ÿ™
