How do you know if you are training hard enough without risking injury? 🤔
Training hard doesn’t mean leaving every workout more exhausted… It means leaving with purpose and making consistent progress over time. 📈
Here are a few signs you’re challenging yourself enough:
🔹 You’re gradually lifting heavier weights, doing more reps, or improving your performance.
🔹 Your technique stays consistent, even as a set becomes difficult.
🔹 You’re recovering well enough to train consistently week after week.
🔹 You’re seeing progress in strength, muscle, endurance, or overall fitness.
If you leave each workout feeling drained and unable to recover, this means you are pushing yourself too hard.
On the flipside, if every workout feels too easy you are not pushing yourself hard enough.
The goal is to give your body a reason to adapt, not to destroy yourself. 🫡
Train with intent, monitor progression, and make progress (not exhaustion) be the measure of a productive workout. 🙌
