Zentai Jujitsu is a friendly martial arts club based in Littlehampton West Sussex. We train in the art of traditional ju-jitsu using strikes , locks, throws and nerve holds to subdue/disable opponents. We also promote body movement that enables you to use the attackers force against them! Making this martial art beneficial for all genders,shapes & sizes .
