Swim at the Garage

After 5 years the time has come to switch off the pump and drain the pool for the last time…. Swim@the Garage has been my life for the last 5 years and I will cherish every single one of my swimmers (young and old-er!) . I’m so proud to have been able to teach you all how to swim and how to be confident in the water, to be relaxed and enjoy the time in the pool! To putting your faces in the water when you didn’t think you could do it.. but you did it!! I believed in you and you did it!! How many times I’ve said that over the years…. Believe in yourself! Look on how much you’ve achieved and be proud!! I know I’m so proud of every single one of you… my heart is full! 💖💖💖💖💖 (just keeeeeeep swimming!! 🐠🐠🧜‍♀️🧜🏽🏊🏻‍♂️🏊🏻‍♀️

Just to clarify for those that are not aware. Saturday 28th February will be the last day of Swim at the Garage. I’m sad to be closing , but circumstances demand it.
With 28th being a Saturday, the final Sunday swim will be this week, 22nd February. 😢

Ohhh the tears… who thought that when I started this business in 2021 that I would grow to love so many different children (and parents!!) breaks my heart that I am closing but I know that so many are leaving me with so much more confidence… “just keep swimming, just keep swimming!” 🐟🐠

Ooft! This one got me! 😢As I wind down my weekday classes due to full time work commitments and impending move, I said goodbye to a very special kid! O is amazing! After his first class he went home and watched YouTube videos on how to swim the butterfly! Then he came back on week 2 and swam it!! His fitness and technique improved immensely - not to mention his confidence in the water! Keep Swimming O!!!!! 🥰🥰

Okay swimmers - tomorrow is surgery day! I’ll be out of the water for 10 days, swiftly followed by uni move-in date (yet tbc!). Back at it w/c 15th September. See you then! And to those of you starting back at school and starting high school, have fun!! 💖💖 xx
