The first ten new adult memberships through the door in July and August will receive a membership reduced to £25 a month.

Told this young man that when he is ten he will need to be able to do 100 unbroken skips before he is carded. He has two years but is taking every moment to practice.
This is what it takes. It's not what you do in the gym, it's what you do outside the gym that counts

Ok guys. In the gym right now. Still no power. Hoping it will be turned back on today or tomorrow.
Hoping to arrange a big clean up Saturday if any one is available for a couple of hours, and if anyone has any Vax carpet cleaners they could bring that would be amazing
