I was chatting to someone today who enquired about Evolve ๐Ÿ“ฒ

It's a fair question..

Because most people have been burned before.

Yesterday, I had a conversation that perfectly sums up what's wrong with the fitness industry...

She told us she was fed up.

Fed up with carrying extra weight.

Fed up with feeling uncomfortable in her own body.

Fed up with trying things that promised results but never delivered.

She'd even tried weight loss injections, but they were making her feel sick and she still wasn't seeing the progress she hoped for.

The first thing she asked was...

"How many times a week can I come to the studio?"

Then she also asked...

"Can you give me workouts to do at home too?" ๐Ÿ˜ณ

Now, it would've been easy for us to tell her she needed more workouts.

More gym sessions. More exercise. More sweat.

But that's not what she needed to hear.

In fact, exercise would be one of the last things we'd focus on.

That probably sounds crazy.

But here's the reality...

You don't lose weight because of a few workouts each week.

You lose weight because of the habits you repeat every day.

The first things we'd focus on are...

A huge congratulations to Wendy for being crowned our Member of the Month for May!

At 63 years young, Wendy continues to show us what consistency, resilience, and commitment look like.

Despite working long 12-hour shifts, managing life's challenges, and dealing with the occasional ni**le and limitation, she continues to show up, put the work in, and give her best.

What we love most is that Wendy doesn't just see health and fitness as something she "has to do", she genuinely values looking after herself and is always looking for ways to learn, improve, and move forward.

Last month, she came close to winning this award.

Rather than making excuses, she took feedback on board, leaned in even more, and raised her standards once again.

The biggest compliment we can give her?

Her journey has inspired a family member to start their own.

Wendy, thank you for the positivity, effort, and example you set every week.
