Run club so far!
Here are some snippets of my new 5k running groups through September and October 🍄
Places we have visitied: Liphook, Lynchmere, Devil’s Punchbowl and Blackdown.
Exercises we have carried out so far: Squats, lunges, SL RDL’s, calf raises, plank variations, plyometrics to name a few.
If you’re getting back into running or need some encouragement to get some consistency then these runs are ideal.
Come and join us on Tuesdays 12-1pm and Saturdays 9-10am.
