Beginners Class 7.45pm Beginners class starts at 7.45pm with an Intermediate class at 8.45pm. Classes are £9 on pay as you go basis

WHY HOBBIES MATTER 🧡

Somewhere along the way, we started trying to optimise everything.

Exercise became training.
Food became nutrition.
Sleep became data.
Even our downtime became something to measure.

But sometimes, doing something simply because you enjoy it is reason enough.

That’s one of the things we love about Ceroc. It’s movement, music, laughter, learning, friendship and a couple of hours where you don’t have to achieve anything other than having a good time.
