A huge thank you to one of our wonderful Barnetby class members Angela for the absolutely amazing homemade cookies! 🍓⚽

Inspired by our recent sports-themed movement sessions, Angela created beautiful strawberry and football-shaped cookies, coloured perfectly to match our fun themes of football World Cup, Wimbledon, rugby, cricket and more. What a thoughtful and creative surprise!

Our classes are much more than exercise. It’s about friendship, team spirit and laughter. 😁

Thanks for putting such a big smile on all our faces at the end of the class. They almost looked too good to eat… almost! ❤️

My Move It or Lose It® classes will be starting very soon in Brigg, Barnetby and Lincoln, and I’d love for you to join us.
These friendly exercise classes are specially designed for the over 60s to help improve strength, balance, mobility and overall fitness in a relaxed and supportive environment.

🗓 Class Timetable
Starting next week (10th):
Tuesday – Brigg, Methodist Church Hall @ 1:30pm
Wednesday – Barnetby, Church Hall @ 1:30pm

Starting the following week:
Tuesday – Lincoln, Rustons Sports Club @ 11:00am

Everyone is welcome and exercises can be done seated or standing, so classes are suitable for all abilities.😁

My name is Amanda, and I’m delighted to introduce myself as your new Move It or Lose It® instructor!

I’m so excited to be bringing these fun, friendly and effective exercise classes to our local community. Move It or Lose It® classes are specially designed for the over 60s and focus on improving strength, balance, flexibility and overall fitness — all in a supportive and social environment. There are options to exercise seated or standing, so classes are suitable for all abilities.
