Do you know your blood pressure numbers? 🩺❤️

This Know Your Numbers Week (7th-13th September), we’re encouraging everyone to take a few minutes to check their blood pressure and look after their heart health.

We’ll be offering free blood pressure checks, giving local residents the chance to find out their numbers and learn more about what they mean. High blood pressure often has no obvious symptoms, so a simple check can be an important step towards staying healthy.

The check is quick, free and could help you take a positive step towards your health.

Pop in for your heath check on Monday 7th September between the hours 11am – 1pm.

Clip n' Climb party (ages 4+) - Take on a variety of exciting and thrill seeking walls - there's endless fun to be had for the everyone!

Soft Play party - The little ones can crawl, climb and explore to burn off that energy in our colourful soft play area while parents can relax knowing everything's taken care of.

Our party bookings give you access to the clip n climb / soft play for 1 hour and our dedicated party room afterwards for an additional 45 minutes.
