Dear Customers,

Our team here at the University of Lincoln Sports Centre joins the Royal Family and the nation in their sadness at the passing of Her Majesty the Queen.

The State Funeral has been arranged for Monday 19th September 2022 and a Bank Holiday has been declared to allow us all to participate in this momentous event.

To allow our team to pay their respects to Her Majesty and commemorate Her reign, the centre will be closed all day on Monday 19th September 2022 and will reopen as normal on Tuesday 20th September 2022.

FITNESS INSTRUCTOR - FULL TIME

The University of Lincoln is looking to appoint a highly motivated Fitness Instructor to join our team based in the Sports and Fitness Centre which is situated on our Brayford Pool Campus.

Duties will include:

Supervision of customers during their use of the centre and the gym, including teaching and instructing members as and when required.
Undertaking fitness assessments, fitness classes, gym programmes and induction sessions.
Carrying out safety checks on all apparatus and equipment and ensuring that the facility is cleaned, prepared and maintained to a high level.

🚨 Always very satisfying to see and hear about one of your group members bossing a near on 10km Running! They’ve got back into running and into healthy habits again which through group support has made this achievable. This is the longest run they have EVER done!

Throughout this time support eachother as much as yourself! Small goals, targets and objectives will help you stay on track and keep motivated ✏️ ✅

The journey doesn’t have to end now it’s just beginning 💪💪💪🏃‍♂️🏋️‍♀️
