I’m after 5 guys looking to level up their results.

If you are stuck, frustrated or lost with getting bigger, stronger and leaner then I have a big opportunity for you.

Over the last 9 years I have been helping people get in better shape, lift bigger weights and feel more confident in themselves.

I’ve spent the first 6 months of this year compiling and reviewing all this data to produce a system to help get men in the best, strongest, and most confident shape of their lives.

The programme includes everything you need from knowledge, support and accountability to structure community and clarity.

All bases are covered, no stone unturned.

Best of all it’s all backed by a results guarantee.

If you turn up and do the work you WILL get the results.

If this is something you’re interested in DM me or Comment the word ‘SAVAGE’ to find out more

This is why you’re not getting results.

Hard work doesn’t get results.

I know that sounds counter intuitive, but it’s true.

In order to make the sight in the mirror change - and stay changed - you need a few things working for you:

1. Training
2. Nutrition
3. Mindset

These are the big ticket items and in all likely hood if you’re struggling to make the progress you want you’ll need to change at least two of them.

You may be doing some training

You may be doing SOMETHING with your nutrition

And if you’re doing those and giving it a go you’ve likely changed something in your mindset.

It may feel like you’re working hard, but if it’s effort in the wrong place it’s not going to work how you want it to

If you’re not looking in the mirror thinking

‘Wow, look at how far I have come, I cannot believe I have managed this’

Then there is room to squeeze out some more transformation juice.

My client was coming to the gym regularly and trying to eat ‘better’.

He was less than confident in the gym because he didn’t reaaally know what he needed to do or how to do it properly.

This meant he often ended up on the treadmill.

Which is NOT where you need to be if you want to see big changes in your physique.

He was trying to eat less, but this left him hungry, irritable and tired.

So he’d end up eating loads of crap in the evening or managing a few days before smashing a load of crisps, junk and b**r, undoing all his efforts and making him feel worse.

The longer this cycle goes on the more guilt stacks up, the more frustration builds and the wider the waist becomes.

This is where I came in and adjusted the course.

Lifting weights

Eating enough food

Challenging negative and destructive thought patterns.

Fast forward and my client looks better, feels better and is SIGNIFICANTLY more confident in and out of the gym.

Where ever you are in your journey, whatever you have tried before it IS possible for you to make changes and make massive progress.

How bad does it need to get before you do something about it?

My name is Will Salvidge

My mission is to provide busy fathers with the tools to develop impressive strength, ditch the ‘dadbod’ and become their most confident self.

I am a father to 12 year old twin boys and an 8 month old girl.

I am also a business owner, lifter, rugby player and gardener.

My life has become full of responsibility & time constraints.

It requires a lot of physical, mental and emotional energy.

So I understand what it’s like to be faced with all this and wake up and realise you’re dissatisfied with your physique, energy, capability and confidence.

It’s not easy to keep on top of everything

It can feel like you’re trying to juggle spinning plates.

While they - and yourself - are all on fire.

It makes trying to get in better shape feel impossible

BUT!

I am here to tell you it is not, you just need the right tools, support and guidance.

I have done and am doing it.

My clients have done and are doing it.

So can you.

And I can help you do it

What do you need to know about most?
