One room has become available for the sold out ‘Soul Sanctuary’ Yoga Retreat - 3 nights in a beautiful barn, with 2 x thoughtfully planned yoga classes per day, nutritious food and lots of fun, laughter and connection. Cosy season is fully upon us, and you can join me for the last classes of 2025 this Wednesday at Chase terrace community centre!

Life is feeling very surreal and overwhelming right now 😱 new classes going well and big changes incoming! Thank you to everyone who has come along so far, old and new faces and the friendliest atmosphere.
Grateful for it all and never take any of it for granted. Still pinch myself that people even want to come and listen to my nonsense 🤣 September classes available for booking next week… dm me for more info if you are interested in coming along to this beautiful space

Thrilled to announce my new weekly classes will commence on Wednesdays, starting 13th August.
Two classes per week - 6:15-7:15- dynamic flow. 7:30-8:30 - slow flow and qi gong.
I have limited mats available so if you have your own please bring 🙂
