After weeks off thanks to holidays, illnesses and life generally getting in the way, I had no excuses today. 💪
Back in the gym for a goblet squat session and determined to get it done.
Worked up to 32kg before dropping back to 28kg for the final set… then promptly dropped the dumbbell on my finger while racking it 🤦♀️😂
But nothing was stopping me today.
Even after the injury, I finished with a 10-minute incline walk because showing up and finishing strong matters more than having the perfect session.
Not every workout needs to be pretty. Sometimes it’s just about proving to yourself you’re still that person who gets it done. 🔥
