Most of us are breathing just enough to get through the day.
We breathe around tension, around feeling, around the parts of us that have learned to stay braced. Over time, the body becomes an archive - holding stress, grief, vigilance, longing, and unfinished responses that the mind alone cannot always resolve.
This session is an invitation to listen beneath the noise.
Through conscious connected breathing, sound, and mindful facilitation, the breath becomes a way of entering into a more honest conversation with yourself. Some may feel grounded and restored; others may meet emotion, memory, movement, release, or clarity.
No substances are involved, we use the term psychedelic in its original meaning; soul-revealing through only breath, body, awareness, and the intelligence of the nervous system.
Held by Basia Zieniewicz, , drawing on psychedelic-assisted, transpersonal, and Grof-informed breathwork traditions.
As this practice can be physically and emotionally activating, it may not be suitable during pregnancy, within 16 weeks postpartum, or for those with cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, epilepsy or seizures, glaucoma or retinal issues, recent surgery or injury, acute infectious illness, severe asthma, active psychosis, bipolar disorder, PTSD that is currently unstable, or anyone in an acute psychological crisis or spiritual emergency.
