Yoga in the Stars was born as a vision for realigning with our "cosmic constitution”. The innate desire to connect with the true self, and live a life more fulfilled. Yoga in the Stars is an inclusive space for you to experience coming together for the health, wellness and happiness that is your birthright. We share yogic philosophy, movement, mindfulness, breath, mindset and energy as we seek the full breadth of the human experience. What can you expect from Yoga in the Stars? A place to expanded the natural horizon within your personal journey. With support from powerful, holistic modalities, 1-1 sessions, psychosynthesis coaching, health-centric awareness, nutritional recipe sharing, and traditional and progressive, perhaps even avant-garde concepts and ideas. As well as a community of new friends to support you on your journey in towards destiny.

Yoga in the Stars facilitates out of the East London location, with the Star Group, at The Heathcote and Star, Leytonstone. And also holds regular weekend retreats, with friends outside of London, bringing nature and community closer as a lifestyle.

YOGA IN THE STARS IS NOT DEFINED BY THE SPACE IT INHABITS. Nor are we bound to the ideas of what a yoga studio should be. Far from it. And far from the four walls, whenever it feel right to, we create experiences for ourselves in forest glades and in the parks with friends, or along the banks of a river, with our neighbours. And in the future, who knows where we will go and what we will do.

And if in years to come, Yoga in the Stars is still around, it would be nice if the club were known for some of its more expansive tendencies.

AT THE CLUB: People come for their own reasons. Maybe it’s the yoga, maybe it’s something else, maybe each other.

At the club, yoga is non-perforative. Performative yoga has no relevance to what people come for at Yoga in the Stars.

At the club, yoga is not the most important thing. But it is part of how we make things a little better.

Members have something in common, there is a common thread, hard to say what it actually is, and it might not be that they like a bit of yoga.

The space belongs to the people who use it, which makes a difference, although it’s hard to say exactly how.

There’s a bit of everything here.

Pressures of London can be left at the door.

I think that’s probably why we like it.

The Ripple… is the kindness that you carry into the world whilst you’re in the AFTERGLOW. Those moments when open hearted kindness is lit up within because you feel good. So good.

In Search of Stillness. A piece of art a moment in time. Crystallised in the crystal eyes, catching the colours of your eyes, as you perceive. A scene from a still life pond that you gaze upon, that’s the stillness out there, and it’s very beautiful thats true and may it move you, truly.

But what of the other side. What if… you could project that perfect picture of stillness, that winning photograph and your perfect eyes could find the perfect smile, every time?

What if… The beauty and the stillness, were found on the inside.

Yep, we are here. Here we are. Mirror shimmering an ocean of gentle reminders, a kinder life. In a city that consumes I choose not another fast food. The booze that oozes into the boots to numb the commutes. The cold corridor. I ask for more. Not more to consume but wider fields, boundless spaces where chasing wild rivers with friends comes as easy as the breeze. I pray the impetus never leaves. We don’t consume culture, we participate in it. Init… You know?
