We’re considering introducing a brand-new Karate class for children aged 5–7 at Gakusei Karate Chelmsford.

At this age, karate isn’t just about learning how to kick and punch.

It’s about helping children learn to:

⭐ Build confidence
⭐ Listen and concentrate
⭐ Develop discipline
⭐ Learn respect
⭐ Become more physically active
⭐ Try new things and overcome challenges
⭐ Learn valuable self-defence skills

And perhaps most importantly… learn that they are capable of more than they think.

We’re currently gauging interest before we launch the class.
