I’m running a Women & Girls’ Safety evening in Crowborough and Lewes
Please share the event far and wide! I think this information is so helpful, and helps you figure out what to do, just in case if confronted with any tricky situation where you’d benefit from protecting or defending yourself!
It’s basically all the stuff I wish I’d known all along but only learned it when I became a police self defence trainer when I was 35! I’m now 42 and feel it’s my duty to offer this knowledge to everyone.
The evening is perfect to get you stated with some activities, information and practical skills. No contact yet until the full course.
