Today’s session was one of those reminders that the hard work is paying off.

The strength is feeling good right now. Numbers are moving, lifts are feeling solid, and there’s a level of confidence under the bar that only comes from showing up consistently.

That said, high reps still hurt. The kind of pain that has you questioning your life choices halfway through a set, every rep feeling heavier than the last.

Finished the session with a back pump that felt great— exactly how it should be.

Just keep pushing through the programme. Do the work, build the foundation, and when the cut starts to strip away the body fat, all the effort hidden underneath should finally start to show.

Trust the process. Earn the result. 💪

The meals you prepared instead of taking the easy option.

Motivation comes and goes, but discipline keeps you moving forward. Consistency turns small daily actions into life-changing results.

Stop chasing perfect.
Focus on showing up.

Day after day.
Week after week.

Because success isn’t about what you do occasionally—it’s about what you do consistently.

For the last 6 years, my training has looked pretty much the same.

The results were good, the routine worked, but if I’m honest, I started to feel bored, stagnant, and like I was just going through the motions.

Sometimes growth doesn’t come from doing more of the same. Sometimes it comes from challenging yourself in a completely different way.

That’s why I’ve taken a step back from my usual training and started focusing on strength and power development. A fresh challenge, a new skill set, and a different way to push my body and mind.

It’s also what led me to begin studying Strength & Conditioning to expand my knowledge, improve my coaching, and add another layer to the service I provide my clients.

The goal isn’t just to train harder. It’s to keep learning, keep evolving, and keep finding new ways to become better than yesterday.
