Our Homecare service helps people stay independent in their own homes, meaning they can continue to enjoy the things (and the four-legged friends) that make home feel like home.๐Ÿก

Nearly 11 years ago, Lisa joined SIL after 24 years working in the Department for Work and Pensions. Social care was a completely new sector for her, but that didnโ€™t stop her from building an incredible career with us.

Starting as a new face in a new sector, Lisa progressed to Deputy Manager and is now a Registered Manager of our ILH service. Along the way, we supported her development, including helping her complete her Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care.

Lisaโ€™s story is proof that a job at SIL can be so much more than a job, it can be the start of a long, rewarding career.

Whether youโ€™re starting out, changing direction or looking for your next opportunity, we believe in helping people grow.
