OUR FREE SUMMER HOLIDAY KIDS BOXING CLASSES 💪🥊

Thanks to Herefordshire Community Foundation we’ve been delighted to hold free classes on Tuesdays and Fridays for children between 10-16 years old. We’ve seen plenty of new faces come into the gym and give boxing a try.

Our Head Coach Luke Jones Heads Up To GB 🇬🇧🥊

One of the main goals when setting up club and opening only 6 weeks ago, was to bring the best level of coaching to Leominster and Herefordshire. Continuously improving as coaches and making sure the area gets recognised on a national scale.

Luke was selected out of 16 up and coming coaches in the UK to join the course. The 5 Pillars course is all about taking boxing from club level towards international standards. It gives coaches a clear framework created by England Boxing to help develop better boxing skills, improve performance and ultimately give boxers the best possible foundations to progress.

We are privileged to be represented and Luke’s involvement is rightly deserved for his contribution to the sport in the local area so far.
