🥊 EXTRA CLASS ADDED 🥊

While it’s January and a lot of you will be hitting the gyms throughout the week and also weekends, I’ve added a 5th class to my monthly offer this January…

So if you do the monthly offer of £40 you can train in all 5 classes throughout January 💪

My classes are available to anyone over 16 and are perfect for anyone wanting to shed Christmas weight, improve fitness or just want to try boxing training because once you try it in my classes you won’t look back!!

Complete beginners are totally welcome, I’ll have you up to scratch in one session teaching you all the shots and footwork 🥊

My classes consist of padwork with myself, bag workouts and a variation of circuits to work your body all over, all in a buzzing friendly atmosphere 😁

First session back is tonight - Tuesday 2nd Jan 7pm - £5 per class or just £40 for the month!!

🥊 KIDS CLASSES 🥊

4 to 6 year olds - Monday 4pm - I’ll teach your kids all of the basics, shots and footwork and take them on the pads and bags along with small circuits and a couple of games to keep it fun 😄

7 to 11 year olds - Friday 5pm - same as the session above and as they progress I’ll teach them some self defence as well 💪

12 to 16 year olds - again I’ll teach your kids everything and go into more depth with technique when they are ready and when they progress to the right level and want to build into defence work and sparing I’ll teach them everything they need to know getting them ready to spar safely when the time is right and build up to competing for kids who want to, no pressure to spar or compete though, just fitness is totally fine 👊

All classes are 1 hour long and £5 per child

Timetable for my BoxFit classes for March!!

5 classes a week available so plenty to chose from and if you fancy getting down to as many as you can then why not set yourself a challenge and sign up for the Month for £45 and get down as many times as you can!!

All levels welcome and if you’re a beginner or find it hard or daunting going to a new gym, I promise you you will feel comfortable as you as soon as you come in, all my members are sound and very welcoming and I base my gym on being friendly and buzzing, mint tunes as always in a friendly enjoyable atmosphere!!

A few photos from the last few weeks, my classes are building up nicely, the sports teams sessions are absolutely rocking and then my white collar teams are next level 👊 it’s been 18 months since I opened and now I feel it’s all coming together as I planned 🙌 2 weeks into the new year and I’m absolutely buzzing!! Got big plans for this year this is only the beginning, massive thank you to everyone for your support since I opened, got an unreal team behind me now and ready to smash the next 18 months 👊

I’ve not been on this page since I opened, a bit daft really but I’ve been using my Instagram page for my business, Facebook buisness pages are hard work but I’ll give it a go. Below are a few photos throughout me being open from the beginning to now. I’ll be posting a lot more photos on this page now and updates pb my classes, my prices and my next big move which is coming in the next two weeks, one of my biggest yet and I can’t wait to let the cat out of the bag! I’ll also be running a big competition when all comes out with the lucky winner winning two months worth of training along with a diet plan and a pair of gloves so keep your eyes peeled people!! Massive thank to everyone who has supported me throughout my journey, this is only the beginning but I wouldn’t be where I am now without my continued support and it means the world so thank you everyone 💙 I’ll keep updating this page in the next few days, thanks again everyone 😁🥊
