Hey Ladies!! Happy New year to you all! Hope you enjoyed your Xmas vacation and are ready to get down to business. We have a good bit of Games lined up for this year and we would like to WIN them ALL!! So some new RULES will be put into place that we will discuss very soon. We will have our first MANDATORY SESSION of the year at Training TONIGHT at 8pm SHARP at the JSC. I repeat it is MANDATORY. No EXCUSES about work or other commitments it is only 90mins out of your day. P.S. Come to Handle BUSINESS!!!

Well Done Ladies on a great first match of the season against Derby ACS! The final score was 26-6 (not 24-6 according to Chis :P ) Im so proud of you guys and loved the team spirit from our individual team, as well as, the boys ACS team. We will be have training tomorrow at JSC starting at 8.pm SHARP. In this session we will be working on things that we still need to improve and capitalize on as well as talking about today's game in preparation for this week's up and coming home match against Nottz. Once again a Job well done to both teams. Special Kudos to "Rooney" our secret weapon :) For those that still want to join, your welcome to come to training too :) Your Coach/Captain *Kiara XoXo

Hey girls, netball practise today 4:00-5:30pm at the sports centre. if you havent got a membership then you will have to bring £3.00 and please bring appropriate kit, e.g the correct trainers. All those who want to play in the match on sunday MUST attened this training session.

Thank you to all the girls that were able to make training yesterday, Well done!! I think you will agree with me when i say it went well =]....To those of who did come do not worry there is always next time.

There will be another training session this week as we are facing Derby's netball team this Sunday, the day and time of the next training session is to be confirmed and i will let you know when it has been sorted.

De Montfort ACS: Netball Training Begins this coming Monday the 7th of November, from 8-9.30pm at Uni Gym, without Gym Membership £2 entry. Games against Derby ACS and Nottingham ACS confirmed for this month!
