Hi, it's Michelle from Purple Rainbow, an holistic counselling service dedicated to helping you navigate through the many cycles of grief and bereavement. At some point in our life we will experience grief, be it a death of a loved one or a beloved pet. Grief is more than just death, it can consume us when a friendship or relationship ends or when you let go of the person you used to be. Although

its a natural process that our body and mind need to go through to heal , in reality we can sometimes struggle with guilt or just being overwhelmed by feelings. I have worked in the hospitality industry for many years and during this time many people have reached out to me in their time of need. I have found myself helping them to find the rainbow at the end of their storm. so, I decided to train as a counsellor to enable me to help more people struggling with their grief.
