People who know me will know how dedicated I am to both Martial arts and all of my students. I am very proud of my achievements and my students achievements over the past years but after becoming 3rd Dan degree black belt and certified instructor, I decided I wanted to be able to offer more in the way of exercise and fitness as well as the self defence aspect of Martial arts. Martial arts isn’t just about punching and kicking, it’s about health and mental wellbeing and has so many more benefits too. This course took 9 full hours of hard training and it meant having to revisit the basics of boxing. It was so hard but I’m happy I did it. 🥊

Certified kubaton seminar available soon. Learn how to use the kubaton, pressure points, lots of self defence and even locks and takedown and much more all in a controlled environment. This is a certified course so everyone attending will receive their certificate saying they have passed level 1 in kubaton training. Kubaton is a self defence keychain weapon developed in the late 1960’s. It only measures 14 cm long and is 1 inch in diameter. very small but very useful.
