Celebration of movement! 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️
From a small run club in Chapel Allerton to gaining global recognition through ASICS, this was another reminder of what can happen when people come together around a shared purpose.

The Social Track Club at Leeds Beckett wasn’t about pace, ability, followers or status. It was about creating a space where everyone felt welcome. A place where complete strangers could turn up, connect, move, laugh, challenge themselves and leave feeling part of something.

The word “community” gets used a lot these days, but real community isn’t about branding or belonging to a clique. It’s about making people feel seen, included and valued, regardless of their background, experience or running ability.

The energy on the track was unreal. Different ages, different stories, different corners of the city, all coming together for one hour.

Leeds needs more of this.
