The lads at Stanley United Open Age go to Rachel's classes and they rave about! I must say, their flexibility is coming on nicely 😆

This is a fantastic Reformer Pilates class, right in Wakefield!

Rachel is so lovely! I cannot recommend her class enough! If you're wanting a good stretch out, losen out those joints and feel brilliant, get yourself over to Rachel.

The studio is stunning too! 😍 Plenty of free parking. I know i'll be recommending Rachel to all my patients 😉
