But that’s the joy of dancing as we get older — working with the body we have, celebrating the turns that happen, and enjoying every wobble along the way.

Did you know we run Adult Dance classes too? We have our open Adult Ballet class on a Monday evening, Zumba on a Tuesday, Beginners, Improvers and Advanced Adult Tap on a Wednesday and Silver Swans Ballet on a Thursday.
All our Adult Classes are pay as you go so you can come along with no obligation! Learn something new or reignite your childhood passion!

We care about ballet!!
Our dancers are so passionate about this beautiful artform. Yes it takes dedication, hard work and commitment but it also develops musicality, creativity and confidence.
We have Ballet classes for children age 3 and over, Adult Ballet and Silver Swans for the over 50s. Ballet is for everyone!
