MAJORS ARE COMING TO LBU DARTS!🎯

We are very excited to announce that next year we will be hosting our very own major tournaments during our Tuesday sessions alongside LBU Prem!!

These majors will be replicating their real life PDC counterparts. With different formats and prizes up for grabs as well a whole new order of merit, these tournaments will keep LBU darts fresh and exciting for all members.

🟣SEMESTER 1🟣

• LBU Prem - Running from 06/10/26-15/12/26
• LBU Grand Prix (double-in-double-out) - 20/10/26
• LBU Grand Slam of Darts - 17/11/26
• LBU World Darts Championships (Double Order of Merit Points) - 08/12/26

🟣SEMESTER 2🟣

• LBU Prem - running from 26/01/27-27/04/27
• LBU Open - 02/02/27
• LBU Masters - 02/03/27

It’s time to announce our A-C team captains for the 2026/2027 season. 💜

🟣A-TEAM🟣

Our A-Team will be captained by the ‘Inevitable’ Max Wilson!

An ever-present the A-Team last year, Max was instrumental in helping our A’s the league title last year. 🏆

It’s safe to say he is certainly one of Leeds’ finest arrowsmiths! 🎯

🟣B-TEAM🟣

Our B-Team will be led by the President Jacob Walker!

Taking over the reins from Aidan Lobb, not only through his presidency but also through his leadership of Beckett’s B’s! 🔥

Jacob will be sure to lead by example on and off the oche. 🫡


🟣C-TEAM🟣

Last but not least, Our C-Team will be commanded by Lucas Barnatt!

They might not win a lot (hardly ever) but the C’s always give it a bloody good go, and Lucas is the personification of that! 🤝

After claiming the a point for the C’s against uni of A’s last year (in a 2-0 singles victory no less), Lucas is the perfect man to captain the 3rd team! 😉

On behalf of everyone at LBU Darts, we want to say a massive congratulations to everyone who picked up their A-Level results today! 🍻

Last but certainly not least is our Treasurer Calum Hibbert!

His job will be to manage all the finances and make sure we have enough money to stay afloat - an almost impossible feat for a uni student.

However, after a year studying business and management, he should be able make ends meet.
