📣 ATHLETIC CLUB AGM – WHAT’S IT ALL ABOUT?

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a chance for club members to come together, hear how the club has been doing over the past year, and have their say about the future.

At the AGM, we’ll typically:
🏃 Hear reports on the club’s activities and achievements
💷 Look at the club’s finances
👥 Elect or confirm club committee members
📋 Discuss important club matters and plans for the year ahead
💬 Give members the opportunity to ask questions, raise ideas and have their say

You don’t need to be an expert or know anything about meetings — it’s your club, and your voice matters!

📅 Friday 13th November
🕢 7.30pm
📍 At the Club

We’d love to see as many members as possible there. 🙌
Note to coaches we will have a short meeting after this !
