Three clips from inside the first 10 minutes.

Two are perfect examples of what we've been challenging the boys to do; can we play backwards to recycle the ball and build again 👏

Then another example of that quick back to front break we're seeing more and more now, in what was nearly a very good goal.

Well done boys 👏

🏆 A great start to our cup campaign today, with the first of three cup games seeing the boys run out 10-0 winners against Horsforth Cobras.

We hit the ground running from the first whistle, playing some lovely football, moving the ball around brilliantly and producing some excellent link-up play. A positive performance from start to finish and another great result to keep the unbeaten run going.

Credit to Horsforth who really stuck at it, and despite the scoreline the game was played in a great spirit ❤️🖤

On to the next one! 💪⚽

Another great game tonight against a really good Div 1 side, with a 3-3 draw probably a fair reflection of the game 👏

Some lovely football on show, with everyone working hard both going forward and tracking back. Another excellent all-round team performance, which is great to see! 💪⚽

As it was a friendly, I had the luxury of not having to pick a MOTM, which is just as well given how difficult the boys are making it to single anyone out these days! That said, a special mention to Alfie, who pulled off some class saves once again, top work between the sticks 🧤👏 and also a special mention to George, playing his first game for the team, who put in a great display, registering his first assist inside 5 minutes 👊

Looking forward to the weekend already, we go again Sunday 💪 ❤️🖤⚽️

Another busy week of training ahead, followed by a friendly against top-league opposition to keep the boys busy and the standards high 🙌

Another top performance from all the boys today, creating some great opportunities, scoring some really well worked goals in attack, winning the battles in midfield, absolutely dominating in defense, and all capped off with more top goalkeeping - we couldn't ask for more!

With 4 goals inside the first 14 minutes the boys set the tone, following up on the solid performances they've all put in of late. We could have picked any of the boys as Parents' and Coach's player, but it wasn't a day to be picking individuals out after such an effort, so we went with shared awards across the board 👏

Well done boys, we go again next week! 🔥👏

Another top performance from the boys at the weekend; strong defending, getting the ball on the ground to play out and some really positive work going forward meant another good result and some well worked goals.

It could easily have been another week of sharing out the awards again due to all the effort everyone put in but we had to narrow it down. Coach's Player went to Eric and Oscar, and Parent's Player went to Jack.

Eric had a great game again this weekend, he was strong in the tackle, carried the ball well, made some good passes and was just influential yet again for us!!💪

Oscar did a top job in terms of holding the ball up and bringing other players into the game, whilst also getting himself in the goals,⚽⚽⚽ - some of the football we played going forward was class and as a team we should have probably scored even more!

Jack was Parents' Player this week after turning in a strong performance, he got back well on a number of occasions to help out with some good challenges, and worked hard going forward and made some great passes and delivered some good balls into the box, well done Jack!

A tough friendly tonight against one of the top teams, and great to see the boys turn in a brilliant performance and a 2-1 victory 👏

Now to focus on the league and hit the same standards 💪🔴⚫️
