Don’t worry you don’t need a background in dance for this! Think less ballet 🩰 and more strength training 💪

Barre is an amazing full body workout involving low impact and tiny isometric and eccentric movements creating stronger muscles as well as physical and mental resilience!

STRETCH + RESTORE ☁️🧘‍♀️✨

In Leeds & Harrogate every Friday evening for 45 minutes join us for a deep stretch + restore yoga session.

This easy going class incorporates deep stretches synchronised with the breath to soothe the body and mind.

In 45 minutes we will release built-up tension, increase mobility and relieve pain. Step back from the intensity of modern life, calm the mind, reset, recover, and restore ready for the weekend…
