2022-2026 that’s 4 years of consistently showing up for client .vaughan.102977 and it shows. Sue already trained when she came to us so she had some prior experience in the gym, however she wasn’t happy with the results she was seeing for her efforts. A revised training and diet plan was put in place based on progressive overload and focusing on optimum sleep, limited alcohol consumption and upping her protein intake and the results speak for themselves😀🙌
