What kind of exercise do you do to keep stress away? I'd love to see your comments.
I know if I'm stressed, I find being around others and doing something physical really helps to take my mind off things. I go to an exercise class with the thought that just getting myself there is enough and I can just enjoy the atmosphere. Each time I find my mood is boosted, the stress melts away and I'm happy that I've made a bit of time for myself. When the pressure is off performance, I tend to do better in the class than I thought I would anyway.
