Tom’s been having a wonderful week in Devon with his dad.

Yesterday was Tom's Annual Review. This is a meeting at which those who are involved in Tom's education and social care plan meet, review the past year and plan for the future.

Tom really enjoyed preparing for this and worked with Emily to create a cracking Powerpoint - which he ended up presenting 4 times yesterday he so enjoyed sharing it - to John, attendees at the meeting, PA Penny and girlfriend Milly!

Since Tom hit 18, in addition to his EHCP, he has had a social care plan which provides a budget that gives flexibility for us to achieve outcomes we are all working towards - for Tom to gain a qualification to become a fitness coach and then work as a coach, to leave home and in his words, live with his wife and dog, grow a beard and a man bun.

Thanks to the support of many, including Future Fit Training, CrossFit Time Keeper, Farmers Fayre Farm Shop & Kitchen, Emily Enoch and Tom's wonderful team of PAs, we are definitely getting there!

Delicious lunch at Farmers Fayre Farm Shop & Kitchen followed by great session at CrossFit Time Keeper with Tom, coach Jack and Ben.
