Message from Martin the Head Keeper at Kinnaird Estate.

Hi all,
I’m looking for some new regular beaters to join our team at Kinnaird estate near Dunkeld.

Busy commercial shoot, shooting weekdays and Saturdays throughout the season. A decent level of fitness is needed, plenty of banter and a nice bunch already here. Well behaved dogs are welcome.

Not quite a win but Highly Commended which is still amazing considering we didn’t know we had been nominated. It’s a massive team effort and really can’t thank all the squad enough for all their continued hard work.

💥 Beatkeeper/Underkeeper 💥

An exciting opportunity for a beatkeeper/underkeeper to join the team at our Perthshire estate has become available. We have invested considerably in this estate and are developing new drives all the time.

We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.

Candidates will need to have a full and clean driving license, plus your SGC and FAC.

ATV, UTV and chainsaw certificates are an advantage but not compulsory.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

* Vermin control
* Feeding, watering and do***ng in
* Land & habitat management
* Maintenance of existing drives and pens along with creating new ones.
* Preparing for and assisting in the running of all driven shoot days as well as any rough/walked up or stalking clients.
* Maintaining equipment to a high standard

In return the position comes with

Two bedroom recently renovated accommodation with kennels. Bills included.

Vehicle/ATV for use on the estate and for estate business.

Clothing, dog food and ammunition allowance.

We are offering a competitive salary for the right candidate commensurate with your experience.
