Restored White Elephant

Restored White Elephant Unique, recycled, items of wonder made in Cornwall. Generally speaking anything that can be creatively turned into something new and given a new life. Why?

Based in rural Cornwall, restored white elephant looks to restore/re-cycle/re-use/re-purpose no longer loved items. Simply, I feel it is time to try and help increase the ‘reduce, reuse, and recycle’ style of living of the now bygone ‘rag and bone’ days. As humans we have a want for beautiful things, but these things do not need to be ‘new’ in the sense of never owned by another.

for my birthday, I got a frog pattern..... which, I have already adapted. ;) frog no. 1 completed.. I now to make a larger one, but on finding I have no thick wool/string etc, today I have made a 'knitting dolly' and begun making thicker wool....... larger frogs will be created...
