CATES GOALS ACHIEVED βΊοΈ
Today Cate reached her goal weight of 9 stone.
To some people, that might just sound like a number on a scale, but what I've seen happen over the last few months has been so much bigger than that.
Cate is part of one of my personal training small groups, and has lost just under a stone of body fat, but more importantly she has completely transformed her confidence, knowledge and approach to training.
When she first walked through the gym doors she was nervous, lacked confidence and had very little understanding of how to carry out a structured workout or perform exercises correctly.
Fast forward to today and she now understands calories and macros, has built discipline around food, knows her way around a gym and is completely confident training on her own.
She no longer walks into the gym wondering what to do. She has the knowledge and confidence to train with purpose and get the most out of every session.
That confidence wasn't built overnight. It came from showing up consistently,listening and learning new skills, trusting the process and putting in the work week after week.
As a coach, that's what makes me proud.
Not just helping someone lose weight, but helping them gain the confidence and knowledge to continue succeeding long after they've reached their goal.
The scales say 9 stone but, I see a stronger, more confident woman who now has the tools to take control of her own health and fitness for life.
