I'm a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 3 Squash Coach. My training focusses specifically on fat loss and finding the safest, easiest and quickest changes that my clients can make in their diet and exercise that will have the biggest impact and affect on their weight loss. I come from the functional training school of thought so every exercise that I have my clients do is some form of a squat, lu

nge, deadlift, push or pull exercise, predominantly using their own body weight and some added free weight resistance. My Squash Coaching is fundamentally based on the movement around court and the efficiency of movement and how that functional ability can have a massive impact on your squash game.

What level of physical activity do you engage in regularly? Are you a level 1 - walking around, running for the bus, or maybe you go to the gym but don't have goals?
