This is really upsetting. Lancaster City tries hard to provide the best conditions they can at the ground. As part of the Lancaster City fc group, our junior section is also working to maintain a high standard at our ground to make it a better place for our supporters and our away teams, but we also suffer from damages to goal post being bent, our containers getting damaged as well as our pitches. So as the main club has stated, please help us keep these standards up, if you see or hear anything please let us know. Any info would be kept in confidence.

We’re extremely disappointed and frustrated to have found lots of smashed glass bottles on the pitch and in and around the dugouts today.

This is not only incredibly upsetting for everyone involved in looking after the ground, but genuinely dangerous for our players, coaches, volunteers and spectators.

Unfortunately, this comes after recent issues with unauthorised people entering the ground and damaging the pitch. We work incredibly hard to maintain our facilities and provide a safe place for everyone who uses them.

We are trying our very best to be a positive part of the local community, welcoming people and doing what we can to make the club a place the community can be proud of. Incidents like this make that incredibly difficult.

We would ask everyone to please respect the ground and the hard work that goes into maintaining it. If you see anyone entering the ground without permission or causing damage, please report it to us.

This is your community club, and we need the community’s help to look after it.

⚽️ WHAT A START FOR OUR U8s! 👏🔥

Today our U8s took part in the Bispham Juniors Football Tournament and what a day they had!

This group has only been together for a little over a month and had played just ONE game of football before today.

Despite that, they went out there, competed brilliantly and made it all the way to the Quarter Finals! 🤯👏

Unfortunately, their tournament came to an end after a penalty decision went against them but they should be incredibly proud of what they achieved today. 💙

To go from barely having played together to reaching the last eight of a tournament is some effort!

A massive well done to all the players and a huge thank you to everyone who came along and supported them. ❤️

And now… tomorrow it’s the U11s’ turn!

The lads have been flying in pre season and they’ll be heading to Bispham Juniors looking to continue that run of success!
