We currently have a few rare openings in our small group circuit training 🏋🏽‍♀️ and boxing 🥊 sessions. (Not as scary as they sound, a great full body workout learning a new skill🙌🏽🔥)

Classes are typically held outdoors, weather permitting.🌦️

Every session is different — designed to work & challenge you, keep things varied, and make training enjoyable with a great group atmosphere, with likeminded people.
