This weeks Edmundson Electrical Bolton with Schneider Electric and James Lee Plumbing U7 Reds Player of the match was Benjamin.

He did the first half in nets missing our GK today and was superb 2nd half in defence passing out from the back beautifully.

This week’s DLR Welding and Fabrication U7'S Blacks Player of the Match goes to the whole team!!

It was our last game of the season and every player put in a massive performance in both halves. Some amazing saves from our two goal keepers, defending with passion, tracking back, crossing the ball, bossing the midfield and attacking the opposition goal with some great goals.
Well done each and every one of you for putting in a top class performance in our last game of the season.
Rob and Stephen are so proud of you all, can see some real improvement since start of the season and determination to get the ball.

Under 16s bow out in style this week with a 5-0 win against a side who started the day top of the league.
Despite only losing one game all season, these lads will likely end up in 3rd place.
That said, football is about much more than league tables and Cup wins - we've had some memorable games, given everyone a game and, more importantly, seen friendships develop in what is a largely new squad.
Never underestimate the power of Football, on and off the pitch. 🔴⚫⚽

🏆 CHAMPIONS! 🏆

What a fantastic season for our U18s in their first year at this level, finishing as Youth Division Blue Champions! 🔴⚫️

This group of players have been outstanding from start to finish. Not only have they shown great quality on the pitch, but they have also been a credit to the club off it. We couldn’t be prouder of every single one of them.

Manager’s Comment:
“They really are a great group, on and off the pitch, and we’re so proud of them all. The support from everyone at the club in providing the stepping stone from junior to adult football has been amazing. Hopefully more teams continue their journeys at the club by joining the youth league in the future.”

A huge thank you to all the players, coaches, parents, supporters, and everyone involved throughout the season. This achievement is a testament to the hard work, commitment, and togetherness shown all year.

Longridge U15s 2️⃣ - 1️⃣ Lostock St Gerard’s U15s

They’ve gone and done it! 👏

After going behind, the lads showed incredible character and determination to fight back and secure a huge victory that clinches the league title. A fantastic achievement and thoroughly deserved after all the hard work, commitment, and dedication shown throughout the season.

Congratulations to every player, coach, and supporter who has been part of this journey. What a season it’s been!

This weekend’s tournament at Chipping,
Our U8 girls first experience at a Tournament and a tough Tournament to add.
The girls stood their ground and didn't look like they didn't belong there.
No wins but we were presented with The Will Blezard sportsmanship shield to recognise our girls commitment, which is our first massive achievement so the managers and club are extremely proud of them all.
All our girls played massive parts in this.
A overall great tournament experience, roll on our next one.

Our John Robson Metals Ltd Player of the Tournament goes to Darcy B.
All afternoon she was solid and she made it tough for our opponents all day.

What a weekend for the under 9s
They played the last game of their season with a brilliant attitude and work rate finishing the year with 19 wins out of 24 games, a cup final win last weekend and to top it off playing in the Chipping Tournament being 2nd in the group stages and beating a very good side to get into the final.
Unfortunately it wasn’t our day as a very good side beat us in the final but the lads have done themselves and the club very very Proud.

Well done u9s🔴⚽️

This weekends POTMs were Archie with 3 assists and a goal on Saturday.
Freddie and Max for winning every challenge and not stopping working the whole tournament💪
