Women’s First Team – Head Coach / Manager Wanted

As we prepare for the new season, we’re looking to appoint a passionate and committed Head Coach/Manager to lead our Women’s First Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented, ambitious group of players and help shape the next chapter of the team’s journey. We’re looking for someone who can create a positive environment, develop players and lead the team both on the training ground and on matchdays.

We’re also looking to recruit assistant coaches and additional members of the coaching staff, so if you’d like to be involved but don’t want the lead role, we’d still love to hear from you.

The role includes:

* Planning and delivering weekly training sessions.
* Managing the team on matchdays.
* Supporting player development and creating an enjoyable environment.
* Working alongside the club committee and wider coaching team.
* Helping recruit and retain players.

We’re looking for someone who:

* Has a passion for women’s football.
* Can motivate, organise and communicate effectively.
* Enjoys developing players and building a positive team culture.
* Holds (or is working towards) a recognised coaching qualification, although enthusiasm and commitment are just as important.

Whether you’re an experienced coach or looking to take your first step into managing a team, we’d love to hear from you.

The team has a strong core of committed players and provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a real impact in the women’s game.

These lovely young lads from Clydesdale Football Academy 2018s, collected this selection of snacks and juice for the 22 boys who are participating in a team building exercise at Wiston Lodge this weekend, am sure the boys will have a great time and well done to all helping with the event 👍😃👏

⚽ Clydesdale Football Academy – Neurodiversity Friendly Football Camp! ⚽

In partnership with Team United, we are thrilled to host three fun-filled afternoons of football in a welcoming, supportive, and inclusive environment designed for ages 10 and up.

Whether your child is trying football for the very first time or just wants to enjoy the game, everyone is welcome! No previous experience is necessary. It’s the perfect opportunity to stay active, make new friends, build confidence, and, most importantly, have fun!
