We are currently in spring training focusing on technique. June 23rd we start our summer workout. This is our preseason workout. If you are looking to join the team, preseason is perfect time. We will be focusing on endurance and cardio, in preparation for long distance champs in Nov. DM us if you need information about join the team!

Currently we are in the middle of our spring training program. Every Tuesday night 1900-2030 and every Thursday night 1830-2030 at RAF Honington pool. If you are interested in joint the team, please reach out to us. This is the perfect time to get your swimmer in the water with the Barracudas!!!

Spring Swim conditioning is on! April to June. Tuesday and Thursdays from 7:00pm to 8:30pm at RAF Honington. $180 per swimmer. Get your spot now! Email [email protected] to sign up!

We will be taking on new swimmers for our spring session starting in April through June. Ages 6-19, swimmers must be able to swim a minimum of 25m in two of the four strokes. If interested, please send an email to [email protected] to be placed on the list for more info when available.
