Thank you for your patience during my trip!
I’m back after 3 weeks in India. I have seen and experienced so much. It’s hard to know where to start.

India is one of those countries where you can’t digest all that you see whilst you’re here. There is extremes in society that is so vast you can’t comprehend it.
The sites, sounds and smells (good and bad) enriches your life and life experiences!
Anyway I’m back teaching live classes next week.
I look forward to seeing you then 😀

Where the hell has time gone ?
2 year business anniversary and 2 years living in Cheshire.
Over the last 2 years we have moved twice. Met new friends, found new places to wander on Sundays. Made numerous trips back north but most importantly spent more time with our kids 😄
Here’s to many more adventures wandering the globe and taking my filming equipment with me

Hello! I’m still here, I’ve been quiet recently setting up a new business. I have still been teaching. Just not posting 🤷‍♀️
has been taking all my left over time.
I still love teaching and have no desire to stop. I’m going to try and be a bit more proactive 👀

It’s been a busy few months.
I’m still teaching Pilates on a Monday and Friday mornings and yin yoga twice a month.
I have started a walking group in Alderley Edge a day time walk and night time. If you would like more information give me a message..
We had the pleasure of seeing Alex get an honorary fellowship for contribution to cricket and broadcasting and ringing the bell at lords (lots of hob nobing afterwards!! 👀)
And then spending time with Will collecting golf balls from streams 😂

This is my Pilates & Yoga Room.
We are having work done. In front of my tripod is nothing and everything looks normal when I’m teaching.
But behind the tripod is complete chaos!
Much like life!
We like to portray ourselves in a certain way especially on social media and it isn’t necessarily how life is! Or what is really going on.
