Hello everyone 🙂 I’m looking to connect with charities, community organisations, or other groups that support people who could benefit from learning mindfulness but are unable to access mainstream courses because of financial barriers. As a trained mindfulness teacher with the Mindfulness Association and registered teacher with British Association for mindfulness based approaches (BAMBA) I work in partnership with the Everyone Project which funds fully subsidised mindfulness course’s.

I’d love to explore partnership opportunities to make mindfulness more accessible. If your organisation works with people who may be interested, or if you can recommend any organisations I should speak to, please do PM me or post below and I’ll reach out 🙂 In person courses would need to be within Glasgow or surrounding areas, but can also teach on line.
