Most people aren’t stuck because they don’t know what to do.

They’re stuck because they keep waiting for fitness to feel perfect before they commit to it.

Perfect motivation.
Perfect plan.
Perfect time.

And when it doesn’t feel like that… they stop, restart, and repeat the cycle.

I’ve done it myself.

Overthinking every phase.
Comparing myself to people further ahead.
Thinking I needed to “feel ready” before I could properly lock in.

Nothing changed until I stopped chasing perfect conditions and focused on consistency instead.

Not perfect training.
Not perfect nutrition.
Just repeated effort, long enough to actually matter.

That’s the part most people miss.

Results aren’t built from motivation.

They’re built from not restarting every time things get inconvenient.

There was a point where I knew exactly what I wanted to achieve, but I kept letting comfort and fear dictate my decisions.

I wanted to improve my physique.

I wanted to challenge myself.

I wanted more confidence.

But none of that happened until I started taking action despite feeling uncomfortable.

Looking back, every meaningful change I’ve made came from doing something that initially felt difficult, intimidating, or outside of my comfort zone.

The same applies to you.

Most people start fitness wanting to change physically.

And there’s nothing wrong with that.

But over time, you realise the biggest changes usually happen mentally.

The confidence built from showing up consistently.

The discipline built from doing hard things when you don’t feel like it.

The self belief that comes from proving to yourself you’re capable of more.

For me, fitness became more than training or aesthetics.

It became structure.

A way to handle stress better.

A way to challenge myself instead of constantly avoiding discomfort.

That’s why I believe fitness can genuinely change how you see yourself and your life not just your body.

Physical progress is great.

But the mindset you build along the way is what actually stays with you.

A couple of sets from Legs earlier this morning

Hack Squat: 167kgx6 - I Haven’t tried to push this weight up since achieving this PB Goal, however may try in a few weeks.

45 Degree leg press: 300kgx10 - Recently phased this back in so this was a strength tester set and it felt good, first rep was a bit high in depth but we adjusted for the rest of the set and got it done 👌🏼.

Why I chose Alex👇🏼

I was stuck between a few people to win, however I decided to choose Alex due to his determination and eagerness throughout the whole process.

He showed real passion to better himself and to learn as much as possible, asking questions, tracked as much as possible and learned to push training hard consistently, not to mention also doing so half way across the world in Australia 👏🏼

Massive thank you to all the other participants too! Again it was no easy choice to pick just one, you all smashed it!

I will 100% be doing more of these challenges in the near future, so if anyone is interested in jumping on the next one be sure to keep an eye out on my page 👀
